HALFEN Durable scaffolding anchor
HALFEN Durable scaffolding anchor

Permanent scaffolding anchors are state of the art when it comes to
scaffolding that is used in conjunction with double-leaf façade
constructions or ETICS façades. They prevent damage and nowadays
are integral to the planning or tender of any façade.
Permanent scaffolding anchors must be designed and installed so that a working platform can be anchored and secured immediately or for use at a later date.

Increasing demands on thermal insulation have led to greater
insulation thicknesses in the façade and larger shell distances in
ventilated or multi-layered facades. It is not advisable to anchor
scaffolding just with eyebolts.
HALFEN permanent scaffolding anchors are sized according to DIN 4426 and meet the high requirements and safety standards for the permanent fixing of scaffolding.
HALFEN Permanent scaffolding anchors reliably carry tensile and compression forces (horizontal; at right angles to the anchoring surface) and horizontal shear forces (parallel to the anchoring surface) and transfer them to the main load-bearing inner shell. In the case of future maintenance and repair work to facades, the necessary anchoring facilities are already in-situ when using permanent scaffolding anchors.
The straps and/or eyebolts penetrate the outer shell cleanly through the joint. They can be removed when the scaffolding is dismantled, so that the permanent scaffolding anchor cannot be seen any more and may be reused at any time. If the straps are lost, they can be re-ordered.
As the manufacturer, HALFEN specifies the maximum loaded area of each permanent scaffolding anchor in m², so as to guarantee safety during planning and use.
In principle, the scaffolding anchors should be selected according to the type of façade - we distinguish between the following types of facades:

- Thermal insulation composite system façade (HGA-Q)
